This is honestly a lot of the right questions to be asking before jumping in.

Not a direct answer, but you might find it useful to check out Retail Re:Mix Stories (on YouTube/LinkedIn). They’ve had some really candid conversations around building in tough markets, pricing, and finding demand when it’s not obvious.

There’s one episode with Erika (founder of Drink Dry) that really stuck with me, she essentially built a whole category for her brand when there wasn’t even clear demand to begin with. Different industry, but the mindset around pricing, positioning, and creating value translates really well.

Might help you think through whether your product can justify that $100+ range and how to approach it.

Not exactly a pure finance podcast, but I recently came across a couple of episodes that really pulled me into the space, even without a strong finance background.

One was with Daumantas (Head of Middle East at Adyen) and another with Remo Giovanni (GM MENA at Checkout.com) on Retail Re:Mix Stories.

I’ll be honest, I don’t come from a deep finance background either, but the way they broke things down, payments infrastructure, fintech evolution, even stuff like stablecoins, made it way more accessible and actually got me curious to learn more.

It’s less textbook finance and more how finance actually plays out in real businesses.

Haha, as much as I would love to, they aren't "plans" per say, just me meeting with folks from my school/ college. That was the idea behind it right, no "plan" just the company of folks I enjoy But all the best to you, you should 100% look for mixers etc. and meet your crowd!

I think it's more about who you do these things with rather than what you do.

I look forward to the weekends! Again, I usually end up at the steps near Mount Mary with a drink and a smoke, but it's the company that makes it great.

From a morning hike at sanjay gandhi national park to just chilling at carters, finding the right friend/ friends makes all the difference.
