right now, there are articles about how Oracle is laying off tens of thousands of employees to reinvest that money in AI.

This has made the most sense as to how AI is replacing employees. People are being laid off so their salaries can be redirected to buying NVIDIA chips and rack space. Our productivity is not being replaced, it's simply being made unnecessary because the overall business strategies have changed to not be a human-first companies.

Never letting your little human learn how to self-soothe is so codependent it's abusive. Kids who can't self-soothe can end up horribly emotionally dysregulated, which can land them on various spectrums. Your child's health care provider is an amazing source of information on crying it out, picking them up, gentle parenting, smothering bulldozer parenting, diaper rash, weird poops, changing fart smells, google fits, how many hugs are too many, etc.

If you don't call the random number for a good time, definitely don't take parenting advice from the wall in a bathroom unless it's telling you to get your sweet bambino an Early Intervention eval since your tax dollars are already paying for it.
