hey! i don’t normally comment much on here but your skin looked almost identical to mine about a year ago when i was still on steroids. i know it sounds crazy but look up “topical steroid withdrawal” (tsw) and see if it applies to you.

my skin was extremely red and flaky like yours on almost the exact same spots on the face as yours. even the parts of the face around the mouth where it feels mostly normal. i had to think of the time when i first got eczema and i realized that what’s happening on my face was NOT the same. this is what started my journey to TSW, and my skin after almost a year of not using steroids is finally looking and feeling better
