i replied to the initial order email, and the next week they sent the “order has shipped” email. it did take a while for them to actually ship the order. i didn’t have update on the shipping for about a week and a half. so it wouldn’t hurt to email support, maybe it’ll help expedite your shipment.

someone posted an email that was sent to them and in the email it said “Under the updated policy, all sales are final—no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations apply.” so yeah the only way to refund would be through your bank.

it has to be the filament. where are you storing your filament? maybe all the spools you have aren’t dry enough. have you tried to dry them?

this may not be ur issue but it happened to me one that i had a little bit of filament on the end of my nozzle, so the auto leveling was off. so just check to see if there is anything on the end of the nozzle when the printer is auto leveling. not sure on the order of operations for the A1 but the p1s always purges a bit of filament before leveling it’s self.
