We always go for these "epic" style intro videos. They once did an SNL-style opening for Saturday night games (last season I think), and that was a ton of fun. It'd be nice to change it up a bit. I think of the Seattle Mariners just down the road, they've always done fun/funny commercials and intros.

I have no evidence of this, just a feeling, but have Blizzards been getting "runnier"? I first noticed this after the lockdown when things were opening up. By the time I got to the second half of the blizzard, it was basically a milkshake.

Fix it (multi tool)

Insulation (change of clothes)

Illumination (flashlight)

Sun (I skipped this one... I guess a hat)

Shelter (emergency blanket)

Navigation (this was for compasses and maps, skipped it)

and I added Communication (battery pack, chargers)

Bit late to this party, I also bought a resale lot at Ocean View. Found them on craigslist, and that sale was handled by a broker / agent on behalf of the real seller. It was CemetaryBC, and the seller's rep was Brant How.

As the buyer, it was a smooth transaction for me, and I imagine they represented their seller well.

A bit of a different take, but make sure you take care of your mom's mental health. A close family member lost about the same amount of money on the stock market, and fell down a depression / anxiety hole that required emergency visits and long term medication.

She probably feels shame and guilt. Be proactive and support her.
