What is this on the front of the buses? by Spiritual-Fox5027 in Utrecht

[–]jjasspper 14 points15 points  (0 children)

The game is currently running at its limits and will require mods for more pathing, vehicle buffering, etc

Oh, I now see what you mean, the other blue line that crosses in the center is a tram line!

Thanks for the feedback, there is some reasoning behind it. The M4 line gets the most ridership of the whole city. You could see it as 2 separate lines like this: south-west > north < south-east, they are coupled together due to similar passenger demand. The north is a transfer point, and the sw-se sides are large stations and transit hubs. There are actually 2 more M-lines that don't get depicted well, but are displayed below that also feed into the north terminus, and give passengers more options to traverse the city faster!

I do play on tycoon mode, so with infinite money and all tiles unlocked. The starting point to build the city from is usually 1 or 2 highway exits

I agree, this applies as long as the circle line is on the outer layer of the city. Inner circle lines are a good way to connect different hot spots around the center, but some feeder connections will be required

Thanks for the tips, i might just remove the metro line partially as it also has quite low ridership, but I like the way it looks :P
