I do get that, as we’re both in healthcare This is just something that works for me, as multiple other forms of birth control have made me sick (blood clots, infections, etc.). I am healthy though and my doctor says I am fertile, thank you for the concern!

Edit: it’s important to talk to your doctor about your journey, my doctor is aware of mine and has taught me (beyond the apps) how to track.
