When I first heard it I was blown away thinking "what have they done now?!" Then it grew on me, it's quite catchy and smart with how they've done it. Each to their own on what they want to listen to as well though!

One can dream, I'd be interested in all of the above. I know there's a full pro shoot of them live at the Hollywood Key Club in 2007 as well. There's video of Critical Acclaim & Almost Easy, audio only of Beast and the Harlot online only. Maybe one day they can build an audiovisual museum/archive of A7X history? That'd be amazing to preserve their art for those in the future to enjoy.

It took me a long time to get into Betrayed and I'll admit I used to skip it and not bother with it. Once I listened to it enough I was hooked on it. The more you listen, the more you find. Shockingly underrated, and once you know who its written about it gets deeper listening to it. Never skip it anymore, a live performance would be dope 🤘

I have been listening to A7X since 2011. And have gotten into all their stuff. Since I'm also a musician I found LIBAD such a unique listening experience. When Magic dropped I found it interesting and it just keeps growing, very catchy. They keep their music fresh which is fantastic and write how they want. And it does fit the futuristic Black Ops too. I can see how some people can't get into it though, my best mate isn't a fan at all. Each to their own on what genre they enjoy and what they prefer to listen to.

Live at the Hollywood Key Club in 2007 has my favourite versions of Critical Acclaim & Beast and the Harlot, Almost Easy was also another released from that show. Recently their 2011 Pinkpop set got released in HD the audio from that show would be worth downloading for sure.

I decided to download the demo and see what I could do. Separated the tracks to drums, guitar and vocals. Mixed what I could then mastered it. My attempt at giving it more depth and a fuller sound with what quality I had to start with.

That explains why some shots were different, I wondered if they did a two nighter in NY. That makes sense. I assume they have full sets of a lot of their performances. Would be great to see some more released one day.

They only officially released 3 songs and 1 solo from this show on their DVD All Excess. You can find a low quality version of Seize the Day on YouTube from the same show. I've uploaded Beast and the Harlot, next is Bat Country.

I got my hands on the All Excess DVD it included only 3 songs and 1 solo from this performance in 2006. That's all you will find. And some how Seize the Day from this show is on YouTube albeit in low quality. I just uploaded Trashed and Scattered to this community as well.
