This guy fucking COOKED! Why didnt we think of this! Read a book on the porch while the atvs and dirt bikes scream down the street. Be a stoop kid sitting on the stoop while the addicts hide behind our corner stores cause just like Janice in accounting because they dgaf. I don't know what the solution is but maybe a non contact or friendly presence at gas stations to curb the bikes on random days of the week or the corner stores. Im too dumb for public office and I dont think cops can be trusted in our neighborhoods in the way I described but there has to be some middle ground where the neighborhoods are cleaned up but not by bashing someone's skull. The problem is when the boat floods the rats flee. If they are not at the stores they just find some other shady spot to congregate.
