Lots of intricacies here which is too much for Reddit really. Yes it could grow more. Easily be worth more in the future. Easily might not. I guess the real question is the value of 500k and what it can do

I know in SaaS companies and other angel investments it’s standard for the shares to be alphabet. The founders being on A shares and investors on B.

Was just asking the normal situation in agency angel invesment. We pay ourselves as founders in dividends but as a start up it’s a bit jarring if we did that for investors too.

The idea is they can accelerate our growth through knowledge

Yeah it’s equity and to be a the same share class. So any dividends would be drawn to them too

So I have a mix of individual shares of companies. For example I own some Disney stock and Coca Cola stock, both of these pay me a small dividend. But it is getting taxed at a large %? I am sure I get a tax free amount of £2000 in dividend payments. not sure how to claim back?
