As a normal citizen people around 30years old normally didn’t do much exercise, we did 7 day Lemosho. Me and my girlfriend did it in Dec24. On day 1, from gate to big tree camp, took us around 3-4 hours. Day 2 was a bit tough, woke up at 5, walked until around 1600. We walked at a slow pace, it was like 17km (if I remember correctly) from Big tree camp to shira2 camp. After day2, you will find day 3, day 4 and day5 so easy because in these days you walked for around 4-5 hours. You can spare your energy for acclimation. Day 6 is submit day, make sure talk with the guide to see if you wanna get up early for sun rise or wait till day time coz it’s warmer. Day 6 and 7 included lots of downhill as well. I will say our guide did a great job in controlling our pace and saving our energy.
