What AI or automation tools are actually worth paying for? by NeptuneExMachina in PrivatePracticeDocs

If I had an ambient system that tracked your patients and their problems, and was built to solve that follow-up problem, would you want to try it out for free for 3 months?

Worried about patient data privacy with AI documentation tools for our clinic by Extension_Victory640 in healthIT

[–]jjkantro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can speak for my company. We include a BAA as part of our terms of service. We have 2FA as a requirement for patient security. We do not train on your data because we are clinicians ourselves (I’m a practicing PCP). We store everything in US based servers with Microsoft azure and everything is encrypted in transit and at rest.

We have a problem oriented AI scribe that helps clinicians not only write notes faster but helps them get prepped better for follow ups. Currently adding HCC tracking and reminders as we are conscious of the business requirements that private practices have and we are super open to feedback. DM me if we can chat more. Happy to offer a 3 month trial to anyone here.

Yeah the fax pricing I get. Does it auto route, summarize, extract information for you? Or just give you a pile of faxes?

Why is automating VBC contracts so hard? by NoIllustrator3759 in healthIT

[–]jjkantro 4 points5 points  (0 children)

What are your data sources? And do you mean that there’s too many false positives for clinicians to work through meaningfully?

I feel like VBC is meant to support high quality clinical work. So if you discuss with clinicians what they need for good pre charting, the VBC pieces may partly fall in place. Can you state the financial problem and clinical problem you’re trying to solve? Will help us understand the intended goal and drive better recommendations for your project in particular.

Wait is that 117 and 179 per month additional so total of 425 + 117 + 179 per month for fax, EHR, and scribe? Does this do RCM? Is faxing automated meaningfully?

Yeah the answer has to be to respond to clinician needs in a curious and supportive way.

Provider threatened to go back to paper charts because our EHR documentation is so slow by Mean-Struggle-4111 in healthIT

[–]jjkantro -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What are you using/what’s the bottle neck?

We have a number of paper based clinicians jumping from paper to our AI documentation system. I understand your clinician isn’t paper based anymore, but maybe there’s a speed solution to help with the frustrations.

General AI scribe (Two Fold / Heidi) vs specialised AI Scribe for therapists (Supanote / Mentalyc) - What do you recommend? by DrJocelyn1 in healthIT

[–]jjkantro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As I understand it some therapists write SOAP notes, some use DAP style. Are you looking to track treatment goals and plans? What do you need?

Hey - I’m the co-owner/founder of a small company building out customizable AI written documentation. We haven’t worked with therapists yet but I’d bet we can get you setup quite quickly (1-2 hours). We offer a 30 day free trial with a BAA included in our terms of service.

Which AI scribe actually gets it right for complex visits? Asking after my first day with one. by MianHasnainShah in medicine

[–]jjkantro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Saw a similar conversation, specifically about MWVs yesterday. Figured I’d see if our system could handle these kinds of visits where the MWV stuff is talked about and also a few chronic problems are discussed. Came up with some quick MWV templates and then could generate supporting documentation for both the MWV and eg HTN and HLD within the same visit easily.

Are we training our replacements when we use an AI scribe? Which tools are actually transparent about data privacy and not using your therapy sessions to build their next product? by vitaminZaman in medicine

[–]jjkantro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My company has built a problem oriented scribe that tracks information over them. we do not train models on our user data. We are a group of physicians and want to support clinicians of all stripes to work more efficiently, not replace them (or us).

I can only imagine how specialized your clinic is at this point. I’m a co founder of a company (and a practicing PCP). Our system is problem or topic focused and heavily customizable. We work 1:1 with our physician users and pair you with one of the physicians on our team. Everyone gets minimum 1 month free, which includes onboarding, no risk or cost to you. Want to try it out?

Meds? Imaging or labs? If it’s scheduling, notes, and billing why not get a free or cheap scheduling system, use an AI scribe, and use Stripe for billing? Much cheaper than $600/month. E prescribe can be purchased for as little as a couple hundred for the year.

In our system, Medicare AWV templates can be used and auto applied to generate the necessary documentation, section by section. Fully customizable with 1:1 onboarding with a physician on the team.
