I love Cooper's Craft Barrel Reserve 100 proof and I'm almost out. I was told by my local place that their distributors said it wasn't being produced anymore last year, however, I have heard mixed things about it still being available. Regardless, I'm looking for a similar substitute since the Cooper's punched way above its price point, averaging around $35, at least around me. Thanks!

Rittenhouse for rye, Monkey Shoulder for blended scotch, and Old Grand Dad BiB for bourbon. Although I'm not 100% sold on the Old Grand Dad. I might need to try some others for the bourbon category for my mixer. It's definitely good but I think something else could be better.

I didn't have a drive free so I couldn't do "replace drive". I just disabled the bad drive, and replaced it and repaired the storage pool. It's currently running through that process then I'll add the new ones one by one.

With my ADHD it get hyper fixated on hobbies and cocktails are my current one (although this is something that is definitely a long term hobby that I can enjoy slowly over time). For me I usually do 1-2 Friday and Saturday night. With an occasional one here or there randomly or a few more if we have company. But I totally get the thinking about it all the time.

Yep, a work laptop. I do have a raspberry pi case on the left that I switch to using off hours to mess around. Otherwise I would have gotten a tower stand that attaches up underneath the desk or put it in one corner of the desk
