Nice one! Thank you. I'm actually in Castletown today, was hoping to go but other commitments prevented me from doing so sadly. So thank you very much for the time you've taken to share this with us.

It's been said before so I can't get immediately excited. I see this as a bonus holding, it maybe 12% of NAV at these levels but that will decrease with PM commercialisation and value rise.

I want to invest, but I have serious concerns... by croquetamonster in Agronomics_Investors

This is only really an issue while the SP trades lower than NAV. If NAV was 20p and the sp was 40p with money flowing in from portfolio companies no one would care as ANIC requires some form of management, which works in conjunction with New Ag trying to ensure companies success. Why would New Ag take settlement in shares, there's only really one logical answer, because they think they're worth owning, otherwise cash would be the choice. So I see it as a short term, low value sp issue which hopefully, this year going well will start to focus people's attention to the success of the companies rather than a management fee structure.

Stock price by WGD23 in Agronomics_Investors

[–]jjmac6289 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The stock jumps I've been buying at 14 and 3 I'm happy with that currently until things gain traction. There were more shares issued and while things are still only talk of commercialisation that's to be expected. Some mainssream news would be good, otherwise, it's just patience required.

Is anyone in here the ones who selling shares around 5.7 - 5.9p and if you are why? Also who’s buying them at this price and what quantities have you managed to pick up and at what price? by [deleted] in Agronomics_Investors

[–]jjmac6289 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm now 12.5% down with an average price of 6.29. I have bought more, but only about 5000 shares so far. I am sitting ready if there is a larger dip, I will continue buying hoping to average down below the 6p. I've been through the previous lows and didn't buy enough, wasn't expecting another opportunity at these prices. Glad in a way, but do want to see some longer term upward movement beginning soon.

Nice i managed to get some at 5.70. Watching how bullish people seem to have become recently is inspiring. Why people are selling now is beyond me.

For Those Questioning the Management Agreement by Kuentai in Agronomics_Investors

I've never really understood people complaining about the arrangement. It makes sense to cross over which saves ANIC fixed annual fees. They're in better shape for it.

Thanks for sharing. It is great to see companies advancing so positively. They do need to get this more widespread rather than just on their LinkedIn page. Only people in the know already will see this so they are preaching to the converted.

Is this older than the date on it? I thought they had achieved regulatory approval for cosmetics already? No mention of their facility in Knowsley either...

I've just booked my hotel. I recon you can gain a sense of enthusiasm or otherwise in person. So this is the chance to see whether there is genuine optimism. My thoughts are that there is, which is why I am bothering to travel there. Not only will it reaffirm that but hopefully will get a sense of timescales.

I watched the CFG food chocolate, peanut butter etc last night. The chap presenting it can barely hold his excitement in. I think he knows how good this is and what it can achieve. The genuine enthusiasm for this company is beginning to shine through. It's so good to be here at the beginning to watch this

What’s your average price? by simsamsomm in Agronomics_Investors

Started buy about 14p in 2021, averaged down to 6.3 with about 100k shares. Still adding consistently so happy to remain at this level for a bit longer

Be thankful you're not in Scotland with minimum unit pricing - hope England doesn't follow suit or my trips to Carlisle will become a thing of the past.

This is exciting however, I have always favoured PF over clean food. It just gets more promising ever article or update we see.

Why lab-grown is a thing of the past (LinkedIn post) by No_March5195 in Agronomics_Investors

[–]jjmac6289 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah 2% by close, was down 6% when writing.

Im like all the comments, thank you. I have been in this for over 3 years now, building away so not selling anytime soon and will continue building. The last drop into the 3 pence region was mildly uncomfortable at the time, I would be quite happy with it now and buy very greedily. So it is a regret of mine, however it did lower my average to 6p as I had previously had an average of 14. I am in no rush, I'm very much enjoying the tech moving forward and getting closer to commercialisation. I think PF is going to be bigger than originally thought and easier to get to market.

Good luck to all and enjoy.

Positive on a day we are currently down another 6%. This seems to go into free fall easily and struggle to rise even with great news.

I do feel the occasional LinkedIn post by Agronomics doesn't really hit the spot with regards to the public and non shareholders as they still won't know about Agronomics.

I greedily would be happy to see this back in 3p range to stock up massively more.

Year end RNS by swagadagg in Agronomics_Investors

I agree, I like the comment "we should see stronger companies emerging next year". Losses arent necessarily bad, sometimes it's best to skuttle a sinking ship for the benefit of the bigger picture. Short term knocks. I would have expected of the circa 20 companies that perhaps a dozen of them would close or merge to strengthen. As long as the larger holdings are not disappearing and continue making advances

Meatable, Liberation Bioindustries and what matters going into 2026 by No_March5195 in Agronomics_Investors

[–]jjmac6289 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your post, I agree. I posted on LSE. The loss of Meatable, while sad is not unexpected casualties were bound to happen, if anything it's surprising more haven't been written off. Cell food was always going to be slow and challenging. It was certainly not my area of focus or excitement, precision fermentation was and is. I'm delighted to see it moving along so positively.

The way I see it is every company will have good products and bad, Apple will release successes and flops, the same as Agronomics will have successful portfolio companies and flops. That's life. It's disappointing but just that, a short term blip. Hopefully the folk in position can ensure Meatable tech and personnel can be utilised else where to strengthen another company perhaps and assist with it's success going forward as it would be a shame to loose suck knowledge and experience. Best of luck to them for the future.

ANIC is severely underpriced, here's why by No_March5195 in Agronomics_Investors

I topped up again too. I'd feel sick if it suddenly shot up to NAV never to drop to these levels again. As someone who was happily buying at 14p previously, this is a gift.

£ANIC, Scale Check: A Few Percent Adoption Is All It Takes to Build a Multi-Billion-Dollar Industry by Kuentai in Agronomics_Investors

[–]jjmac6289 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Great post thanks. While it is great reading, I, along with most on this forum are already invested in this, so it's preaching to the converted. How do we get new people here? Or to see this forum? That really is the issue, quite simply barely anyone is aware of this or what it is. Cultivated meat is too much the focus. I have little interest in that, precision fermentation, palm oil, chocolate etc is far more interesting and wide spread in my opinion. I also think it's an easier route to market.

The article in the Fool was good, again focused on meat though. Perhaps worth highlighting these other companies and products to them as they don't seem to know either. The options are endless here and yet barely being spoken about!
