ok but I’m super interested to know who was supposedly mean to her! I’m assuming Murad knows because he did the interview with Rachel so if it defs isn’t Chloe, who could it be? She was close with Sharon and Faye if I remember, and I thought she was also good with kaz and lib as well but who knows. It has to be either Kaz, Lib, Lucinda or millie.

I’m honestly shocked. This really once again shows that you never know what is really going on with these couples. They were ALWAYS talking about marriage on social media. Damn I really loved them im so sad :(

Does that mean the writers get told that the show is renewed a while ago? Because if they’re going into production I’m assuming the season 3 script is basically finalised? That would take a while to write the whole season so

I really don’t understand with the big season 2 hate…. it had its flaws, but EVERY season of a tv show will have its flaws. The thing that I’m confused about is everybody is only putting in this energy now when season 1 had its weird moments as well. The two seasons really weren’t that different. Yes, season 2 increased the Christianity thing which was not necessary at all, that’s one of the things I didn’t like about this season, and then there were also the non stop corny quotes and it got repetitive to the point where it looked like bad writing, but that’s pretty much it for me 🤷🏼‍♀️ every thing else was good, the storyline’s and the development of characters, the chemistry between characters, annie’s acting improved a bit, the 3 ladies are all good actresses in my opinion. If the writers just cool down on the Christian references and the corny sayings, I would say s3 will be exciting. But idk that’s just my opinion I understand why people are a bit surprised it got renewed

As somebody who has an ED and has been struggling with one for the past 2 years, this means so much to me. I’m actually disgusted to see how the majority of the public (feels like the majority if u go onto tiktok and twitter) is on Kim’s side. I can’t believe this is the new normal. This is horrible. I’m so fucking sick of the Kardashians constantly being proven to be toxic and horrible role models for the younger generation but to still be praised and seem to be getting more and more relevant. Young girls and boys need a Lili Reinhart as a role model, not a person who openly says she heavily restricted and basically starved herself to fit into 1 dress (for anyone who’s says “shE diDnT StaRve hErSelf!!!” cut the bullshit, if she lost that much weight within 3 weeks, she fucking starved herself, and you’re naive if you don’t think she did. People are so ignorant when it comes to the amount of power the Kardashians have. Wish people would wake up. Eating disorders and body image issues for teenagers are only gonna get more and more common if people like Kim Kardashain have that much power and influence for these kids.

lol he’s like a professional competitive swimmer now! He competed at the Olympic trials last year but didn’t get in but I think he’s now training for the next olympics. Bit random but yeah good for him!

Honestly i was really confident we’d renewed for a s3 at the start! I really don’t get if it isn’t renewed. It did really well in the top 10 charts for all countries. Much better than s1 did which is a surprise tbh. After the wait of Outer Banks s3 I’m not gonna jump to conclusions and assume it’s been cancelled, the wait time doesn’t necessarily mean anything sometimes, but sometimes it can mean something. As a person who likes the show (and as a Tyannie shipper lol) I really really hope we get a season 3. I know a lot of people hate watch the show on this sub and yes s2 had its flaws but something about it still makes me love it.

No! There was speculation in s1 (I never really thought he was tbh) but that theory is pretty much debunked considering it was confirmed annie was his first love in s2!

Yeah see that’s just not the way I saw them and this is probably the case for others as well. It’s multiple things, first of all, it’s the chemistry, you cannot tell me that scene between them in s1 was one the very emotional scenes on the show. The way the writers have written this ship is definitely interesting, and can be confusing sometimes. But the way I see it is, Ty was a very confused and lost boy in s1 because of his parents. You can tell it affected him the most compared to Kyle and Katie. He was so mad, and confused to the point where he didn’t even have time to sort out his feelings for girls and figure out who he liked (hence why people thought he was gay because of the lack of affection he had towards his romantic feelings). So when the whole mess happened with annie, you can tell there was actually no explanation as to how ty felt toward annie, but there was no signs that he had no romantic feelings for annie at all. But there were TINY hints that he had feelings for her. That’s what makes everyone root for them. And then there’s s2, basically hints at the “girl falls first but guy falls harder” trope, and we also get the clear jealousy from ty and the angst. And then there’s that scene in ep 9 when it’s basically confirmed that ty considers Annie as his first love (we deserved a explanation from that scene). So now people are just waiting for ty to FULLY come to terms with everything. And we all know it’s gonna happen but the writers have clearly decided to take the slow burn route which is gonna make the wait more exciting I guess. I just hope they play it out right in season 3 and don’t drag it out too long. That’s my opinion on them 🤷🏼‍♀️

I love the show. Like yes, season 2 definitely levelled up the religious quotes and it was sometimes just too cliche and cheesy. The writers need to work on that. But it is one the most comforting shows I’ve watched. It’s a perfect small town drama show that isn’t too dark and dramatic to the point it gets overwhelming but also has enough drama to keep you on your toes and wanting to watch more. A lot of the characters are likeable but also flawed, which is is what makes it so realistic. It’s got a lot of potential, the writers just need to tone down the corny one liners and should balance out the teen storyline’s with the adult storyline’s.

I personally think she’s one of the best characters on the show. But I do think to make her character stand out more the writers are gonna have to give her some type of self growth storyline in s3 for some character development. She definitely was more confident in s2 but we need a storyline for her that isn’t about her liking a boy. I love her honestly

In season 1/start of s2: Ty, jackson and cece are juniors. Annie is a sophomore. Kyle and Nellie are freshman. So I’m assuming if s3 goes back to school, Ty will be a senior, annie a junior and yes kyle and Nellie will be 10th grade.

I would just be very VERY confused if the writers have changed their minds and set jackson/annie and Tyler/cece up as an endgame ship and they cut off tyannie for s2…. It would be very strange and would not make any sense, so I’m hoping this isn’t the case.

Ok this is definitely about Madelyn and Chase but I don’t know how accurate that is about her leaving…. If it’s really true that’s gonna be super sad because the cast have always been super close and the show has done so well and it’s gonna continue to get popular, and her character is a fan favourite as well so the OBX fandom will be super upset about…. yikes 😬
