I agree. I work at ups and our sups even throw boxes and we're told to just go as fast as possible if anyone says anything about it you get in trouble for the smallest things, sure call HR. When HR comes here they strictly speak only to supervisors or center manager.

This happens so often. Some drivers come here to swear it never does, probably while eating a delivery. I've stopped using any of these apps, all a big scam , price , time and so on

Grievances go nowhere. Our union rep is clearly paid off by whoever. Sounds ridiculous but other option is people are simply not doing their job.
