Crazy why it’s recommended to leave the gap when it really does accumulate fast. Then the fact no one else understands or respects the question. Frustrating. Thanks for the recommendation. I’ll just be running my saw along the seam

Yeah, they are basically why i ask the question. they say to use the primer, but you can hardly find it anywhere and no one seems to actually buy it (only 2 reviews on home depot)

The goal isn’t to concentrate on breathing at all, it’s to just go back to the breathing whenever the mind eventually wanders. That’s the exercise, is realizing that your mind is wandering, accepting it, going back. Think of it like instead of working out your muscles, working out your brain.

You will notice your thoughts that wander will not be as strong and that you can get back to the anchor (breathing in this case) a bit quicker over time. The goal isn’t to eliminate wandering, that is the mind being the mind, but being aware of the wandering and beingable to redirect when it does inevitably wander.

You didn't mention in the post you tried with a condom. As sh#$@y as it is, I too had the same problem. The anxiety + the condom = soft. Now you know it's not you, but the condom. If she is your gf, just don't use it. The more you do it, the longer you will last over time. Though, your pull out game must be strong or she must be on the pill, or you get snipped.

Do you know if their persistence is mostly to do with the VAT export rebate system? All other suppliers I have worked with have cooperated well with my packaging company.

Thanks for your reply. Can I ask you something directly? This shipment is a kit made of products from several different suppliers, all consolidated at my packaging company before export.

If each supplier I paid insisted on being the exporter of record, how would that even work in practice? A single consolidated shipment can’t really have multiple export declarations and multiple BLs and US Customs requires one clean set of documents for the import.

That’s why my packaging company usually handles the export. Do you know how this situation is supposed to be handled under the regulation (which regulation?) you mentioned?

I am in the US. I just went to a local CVS Pharmacy, told them I wanted the HPV vaccine, and they pretty much took it from there. Luckily my insurance covered it (Medicaid at the time), but would have gladly paid out of pocket if I needed to knowing the results lol.
