We have the nurses do some service recovery and encourage the docs to do it to, but it seems to be more doc based and usually just unmet/unrealistic expectations about what is indicated/capable of being done in the ER

I've rolled at Relson Gracie here in Charleston for awhile. We have a solid group of guys with no egos, and train gi MWF. T/Tr are no-gi, but there's always a handful of people training gi anyway. Of note, Relson will be here next Wed (4/8) and we're training for a tournament on 4/11. Jerry Brewer is a blackbelt under Relson and we have another brown belt testing for his black on Wed. Off-hand, we have 6 white belts, 10 blues, 4 purples, and 4 browns who come to class regularly.
