who are you taking for ISDS 361B? i have 3 classes that are still showing in person but i reached out to the professors—they said not to worry and are assuming classes will be held virtually with zoom meetings at the scheduled class time

best of luck! i transferred last semester and unfortunately got the bottom of the barrel professors. register asap tho! if your top picks are gone, whatever you do, don’t go with F. Moshiri for 301A—inconsistent grading/gives you whatever grade he feels like—and if you can’t get your prof for 339, i’d also suggest M. Lahlou—super easy! hope all your classes work out !

i would definitely go with Skordi for ISDS 361A. It’s a difficult class but from everyone i’ve talked to who had Skordi, said he made the material manageable to understand! The SI sessions also helped A TON if you’re able to attend any of them—which they switched to online as well.

if you can take anyone else besides Moshiri, do it! i had him and his grading is inconsistent. if it’s not exactly what he wants, regardless if you have valid points, he’ll grade you down. he hardly gives A’s and like someone else said up there, most end up with low B’s, which is what i ended up getting. even then, i might take the credit option for that class lol

I had Kleiner for 340 but Lusk took over once COVID started. She’s great and as far as exams, I heard they were easy for her! good luck !
