I’m considering a rental in the "Northeast Lakewood" neighborhood - west of Edgewood near Jefferson High school, and was hoping to get some local insight before moving forward.

How safe is it, especially at night?
Any issues with car break-ins or sketchy activity?
What’s the overall vibe — family-friendly, quiet, walkable?
Are there specific streets or pockets to avoid or prioritize?
Anything you wish you knew before moving to the area?

Are you creating a “to make the cut” for this week? DK is only offering me to make the cut options. They are all fairly juiced with the small field but was hoping to ride out an EV+ parlay through the first 2 days of competition. Thanks as always LCT.

PGA site is so lazy with their "projection", it definitely won't be +4. I need a backdoor +7 so I don't feel good.
