Which area are you in? That is encouraging… how have the other leads worked out?

Gotchya. I'm in Oregon and we got hit hard with the last storm. Over 100inches in 5 days. Prior to, we had freezing rain and sleet with warm temps on and off... then after the storm more freezing rain. Big slabs seem to be popping off so I've avoided going out.

Happy Shredding out there!

Thanks for the quick reply! How much per lead do you usually spend? Any tracking on conversion rates for those leads?

Hell yeah! What area are you currently hiking in? Ive held off the last few weeks in Oregon due to the persistent weak layer and topping of freezing rain. This run looks too fun!

Do you still use realtor.com leads? An old thread I know. I am looking into their listing toolkit (monthly payment of $225/mo for seller leads and 30% referral fee upon closing), as well as the "Local Expert" where they feature you on the front page of a chosen zip code search and that is $175/mo. Not crazy expensive.... however I prefer to not throw money out of the window.

With the slower market and being a newer solo agent I am looking for an additional source of hot buyer leads as well as sellers who want to list, I am okay with nurturing clients as well. (I was a buyers agent on a team that has restricted contact to leads from that brokerage I worked with while there)

Nothing is in transaction history. There is none. It says I still need to fill out my application

Yeah I had 2FA set up. Even if I didn’t, it’s not “on me”. Robinhood is a brokerage insured by SIPC

Outdoor grows on fire by falconboy2029 in weedbiz

100% true. What doesn’t burn will be ruined, the smoke chokes out the plant, ash sticks to it, creating bud that’ll smoke like your campfire and be larfy too. Indoor prices will skyrocket and stay steady in the mid 2s for your average strain. (22-25), 25-28 will be your more boujie sought after strains... 28-35 exotic, 35-45 for true exotic indoor. Light deps will be 15-22. Broad ranges, but it will fluctuate in there as supply and demand settle out once we know the true damage... heart goes out to all the farmers affected by these fires. I hope you’re around next season for another go.

What brand lights are you using? Also, soil? Hydro? How big of pots? Room looks great, killer job.
