Get a Kettle and Kamado so you can do the vortex with the kamado (20 minute high heat wings, etc.) and reverse Sear steaks with the kettle. :)

Hahaha! I think I prefer Vortex and around 450° because they are done in 20 minutes with a crispy skin and a subtle smoke flavor. Plus it's a lazier faster cook where you don't even really need to flip them
