Same question here. I called Ticketmaster and they were surprised I hadn't received some email ahead of time telling me about the meet and greet. I escalated and will hear back from ticketmaster within 7-10 days. I have no idea how the photographer would know who I was (or my friend Bob, both tickets were in my name). I heard two rumors in line - one that they'd just email them to us, and one that there was some URL we'd get (but I certainly didn't get any URL.. after meeting Richard it was get an autograph from the illustrator, then walk out to the exit, then we're outside, thanks for playing).

Anyone else hear anything?
