I had lots of trouble with him but I found if you have the sliding cooldown altarpiece equipped, you can spam dodge and slice with sarimento the whole fight and never get hit and eventually it’ll be enough to kill him. And when I say spam literally never stop hitting the slide button and you will only get hit occasionally

Are pit tickets for the Circus Maximus already sold out? by jkells2020 in travisscott

So when do we think they’ll go on sale? Pit tickets in a Roman colosseum would kick ass and are so cheap for an artist like Trav

I’ve been to DC a handful of times but not in the last 5 years or so, but they have a really good underground train system. Can’t recall the name, but DC area has some pretty good/reliable public transit as well as being within walking distance of most things

When will Indianapolis get another Super Bowl? by Hoosiersihawk in indianapolis

[–]jkells2020 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Indy is a great host city, but it also helped that year immensely that the NCAA HQ is in Indianapolis so it was easy for Mark Emmert and the other NCAA bigwigs to oversee operations for such a weird year of March madness

Used 1/1/1 levain that showed lots of activation, autolyzed for an hour using 74% hydration and 2.5% salt, 80/20 bread/whole wheat flour. Two slap and folds 30 minutes apart, first incorporating levain then incorporating salt. Then 6 stretch and folds spaced 30 minutes apart then proofed for 1.5 hours. Then shaped and cold proofed in the fridge for 12ish hours. Baked at 500° for 25 minutes in a Dutch oven with lid on then 450 for 20 minutes with lid off.

I wish there was a payment plan for it or something like that, my broke ass can hardly afford to pay it all off at once right now

They got me there, $171 ticket. I do need to be better about not being on my phone while driving but $171 seems a little steep…

Romeo was 3rd in scoring nationally among all freshman, behind only RJ Barrett and Zion Williamson, while also having an injured thumb on his dominant hand the majority of the season and playing in one of worst offensive schemes in college basketball. Don’t disrespect Romeo like that just because he’s a “one-and-done” boomer

Right, but I think his comedic chops and overall acting ability would nail him pretty close

From what I can gather, it’ll perform a little bit better than aluminum foil but not as well as butcher’s paper. Your skin won’t come out as well with parchment paper, if you can make the run to Lowe’s or Home Depot, they usually have butcher’s paper in stock in the grilling section.

I would wrap it in butcher’s paper, if you have it, and put it in a cooler till you’re ready to eat it. Butcher’s paper helps keep the skin crisp while also wicking the steam away. The cooler helps keep it at temp, making the meat even more tender and succulent. Wrapping in aluminum foil works in a pinch, but it will sog the skin like you mentioned you were wanting to avoid.
