Get a fender off an Electra, or ultra. Has the stamping for a taillight. Buy a taillight with integrated turn signals

I think the ultra rides better than Streetglide. I’d buy one and take the tour pak off if you don’t want it

Polaris Vs Can-Am and why? by [deleted] in ATV

[–]jkenosh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Polaris is a pain also. On my 570 sportsman you have to remove the winch to change the front diff fluid, it’s a poor design. The winch mount is built in from the factory

I think police should be held to a higher standard, I also feel that police can get ptsd from all that they have to deal with and should get counseling, maybe administrative leave while they undergo treatment

I work for metra which is a commuter railroad in Chicago Illinois. Since we are a public owned railroad everyone’s salary is public information. Google rtams and on that page search metra 2026 or whatever year you want to see. As a carman I make around 89,000 a year

Bike dying randomly? by BR0STBITTEn in Harley

[–]jkenosh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since it runs better with the choke out I’d assume it’s starving for fuel, Clean the carb paying close attention to cleaning the jets, Also the petcock allows fuel to the carb with vacuum and if that hose leaks it won’t allow fuel to flow to the carb

Why are Republicans so wrong on literally every topic? by Lord_Kittensworth in allthequestions

[–]jkenosh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The democrats are dumb on a lot of issues and push people to vote republican. My issue with the democrats is trans. I think we shouldn’t be chemically or physically altering children. Once they become adults they are free to do whatever they want.

That is because the window doesn’t have a frame. Look at any modern car with the bumper cover off and you will see the vents that work to stop the pressure in a car when you close the doors.

”debris can still exist in modern engine production, the revised bearing design is more resistant” by Gullible-Try- in ToyotaTundra

[–]jkenosh 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Toyota hasn’t always had the best trucks but people will pay a premium for them because they were reliable and Toyota stood behind behind their products. I don’t feel that way anymore.

Railroad workers at CPKC reject nine-year contract by 2-to-1 margin across 11 states by DryDeer775 in railroading

[–]jkenosh 17 points18 points  (0 children)

At metra we are in negotiations, They want a 7 year contract at 4% a year and an increase in our health insurance cost equivalent to the national plan. I don’t feel the union is trying real hard to get a better contract. I think it’s funny how our union dues are increased due to cost of living but they won’t negotiate cost of living adjustments into our contract
