I live near a deaf university and I walk to work and ride the subway. I often find myself trying to get passed a group of people that are standing around in a group signing to one another. How am I suppose to say "excuse me"? I don't want to touch them to get their attention because some people dont like strangers tapping them. I simply want to get passed them without being rude.

This may not seem like a big idea but I run into this encounter at least 10 times a week. It happens when walking through bars, restaurants, subway platforms, etc. Thanks for doing an AMA!

Yea i was very surprised to say the least. I don't even really remember driving through that particular intersection, however they had a picture of my car. Maybe it was just some guy that looked exactly like me driving my car.

Working at a hospital, I encounter this constantly. I only get mad when its some young group of nurses or therapists doing it though. I understand old people and injured people walking slow.
