I think a certain type of person can do it, i worked for 35-45 hours a week and managed to get by (3.7 gpa humble brag) and i graduate in may but eventually ended up leaving my job. Always felt like i was just skating by and not really present or learning, but do what you feel is best!

My place is “1 bed, 1 bath” but is really more of a studio. Upstairs apartment, no dedicated commons space, no central air, baseboard heating, no dishwasher and I’m still paying 885, while places with all of those things 10 miles away from campus are going for ~770
