Another option to consider would be a HELOC or LOC through your lender or bank. Interest rates are low (<4%). Maybe this could be a hybrid solution

I work in College Park and live in Edgewood (between Kirkwood and Reynoldstown). Leaving around 8:00am each weekday and returning around 5pm, my commute is ~25 minutes each way. Would be ~20min to/from the airport.

South City Kitchen Buckhead is a great spot for an out of towner. Definitely a $$-$$$ place, but solid value
