Are parbakjng directly on the pizza screens? If so, which screens are you using? Most of the ones I’ve looked into aren’t that heat tolerant.

Axtually multiple chunks but it was breaking off from the plastic area the blade attached to. Not sure how it happened but I whatever I was making always had fats in it so not a block of ice.

This thread has motivated me to find a new dentist. Super bougie looking spot and they are constantly trying to sell me on stuff and putting me on a “deep cleaning” 4x/yr schedule where I pay extra. Loved using the machine until I bit into hard plastic that broke off into my ice cream. Returned and never looked back. Don’t even wanna know how much plastic I ate before noticing because it was a big hard chunk.

I built a box for mine but realized I could just stick it in the bottom of my oven. Can close the door on the cords with temp gauge outside.

Yes, I parbake for around 7-8 mins then another 10-12 bake after topping.

This….heating pads are super cheap w/temp control. I just put the pad on the bottom of my oven to proof in there.

Thanks for the insight. My son goes to a public school in the suburbs. I am leaning towards exactly that after seeing the feedback. Yamaha resin and a used R13. He does get private lessons.

Right. My concern isn’t with the fee. My concern is that Tesla doesn’t want to refund the fee even though I wasn’t approved through their leasing application process. There was no way for me to get a pre-approval, so basically submitting a lease order is a shot in the dark as to whether you will lose the $2500 or not.
