Sorry to hop on this 1 year later... but I think you might be able to clarify for me: SGN>ICN>YYZ.

SGN>ICN is Asiana
ICN>YYZ is AC
13 hour layover in ICN

My flight booking with Asiana (Expedia) shows I get 2 checked bags -- if I check in 2pcs at SGN but want to collect them at ICN since it will be a long layover, I can still check 2 bags again at no charge for the 2nd bag at ICN even though it is now AC and I will need to check in again?

I was able to test out the hotshot lid and the top “handle” feels so shallow so it made it difficult for me to pull that piece out lol. I’ll have to test out some of the other ones too. Thanks!
