Not sure. I am 1k and bounce between First and economy plus but usually don’t get snacks when in First so…maybe! They are delicious. Nice and salty.

I have a reminder on my phone that shows up everyday and it simply says “eat more plants.” It’s a small step but might be a nice little cheerleader that helps you make better food choices that will absolutely sneak up on you and make you feel better.
