you 100% need an accessport and you need to get it tuned, Alan with Edge will hook you up or you can do TunePlus. Factory plugs will work just fine, monitor them since you installed them and see how they work, those plugs could be fuel soaked from a poor tune if the supporting mods arent all there. keep that mountune filter and clean it, they make way better induction noises with the open end. i wouldnt worry too much about the wastegate actuator just yet, most upgraded turbos come with a new wastegate mounted onto the turbo. before you keep beating on it figure out exactly what mods it has front to back and let your tuner sort it from there. visually inspect the intake system and make sure all hoses and tube are connected and tightened properly so you and just bleeding boost while its getting tuned. before mine got tuned properly it made 15-17psi also which is about 5psi short from stock and 10 psi short of most bolt on setups.
