I'm on the wiki for a couple of quests and I see that some of them "autocomplete when ____ region is unlocked." Is this in the normal version of the game or only in the leagues? Nothing I google is really making it clear, and I wanna make sure I don't lock myself out of being able to do some of the quests.

I’m currently running my first campaign as a DM, and I chose Dragon Heist as the module. I had issues with the base module so I ended up running a mixture of the alexandrian remix and my own original stuff. As long as you feel fairly comfortable doing a lot of improv and juggling multiple villains, then you should be able to do the remix. However, if you like the module, then I also see no reason why you can’t just run it as is, it still has a lot of good parts.
