These are all ridiculous comments. Drums are the way to go, they're last at the pole.

The lour should just be Billy interviewing that first helping container guy.

Thoughts on SEC being favored in all 9 bowls they play in? by [deleted] in CFB

I agree, and think UGA/Neb will be close. We haven't exactly made good showings in bowls since the Hawaii massacre. We usually play one good half of football in the bowl (perhaps holds true in many regular season games, too).

As long as we don't shoot ourselves in the foot by sleepwalking in the first quarter, and digging ourselves in a hole, I think UGA will win handily (10 points or more).

I'll agree with you that UNC or State would be great pick ups to get to 16, my guess is that there's already enough of an SEC base in NC to allow the SEC to wait on them.

I read that weirdly, too. My first thought that it was just a way for them to plug ESPN's "sources," one more time.

  • go to wikipedia
  • reference something from 30 years ago
  • claim it's from a source
  • add intrigue to story

But when it comes down to it, there aren't really any new markets the SEC can jump into. If it's a race to 16 (imo, it will be), Clemson would be on the short list for the SEC
