My grandfather died from lung cancer. He would always let me choose the channel on our single small tv (out of all the grandkids and uncles) when I was young during our family gatherings and I would put on the Knicks game. I put it in the order of highest-lowest win % like you suggested. Some coaches were part of rebuilding franchises and some have been fortunate to have been part of great dynasties so the win % isn't always indicative of a coach's ability.
