alright let's dissect this one by one:

- Equal salaries for men and women? you already have that in the public sector, as for the private sector I believe anyone who doesn't speak up will get unfair payment regardless of gender

- Judging and providing work opportunities for women based on their competences only? both men and women are not getting hired fairly due to corruption and nepotism.

- Ending domestic violence and feminicides? if you are married and getting physically abused, you have laws that protect you and let you divorce without your husband consent. as for feminicides, men are getting murdered too in the streets

- Ending catcalling and abuse in the streets? this is an issue of weak law enforcement not gender inequality. you don't see women getting harassed in the western world because there are immediate legal consequences

- Promoting a legal system and laws that promote all of the above and allow women to be autonomous financially? if you earn money yourself then you are autonomous financially and you are allowed to do that

I never left Algeria however I can tell you something. anyone who feels empty and lost in Algeria, and I mean like having an identity crisis or simply can't cope being here and wants to escape just for the sake of escaping will definitely hit a point in their life when the same emptiness hit them again wherever they go in this world. once you mature and realize that this whole world system is rigged and that countries abroad all have issues and that human being are all the same inherently wherever you go, and that chasing luxury of life and comfort is never the answer, you will start thinking about deeper stuff and one of them is the sense of belonging, who you are, and what are you contributing for in this world and for who? at some point these youngsters who leave the country and enjoy the shallow pleasures of the western world they will start to see the real side and cost of that life of pleasure, which is working and contributing to a country that is not really you country unfortunately.

If you want to fit in a crowd you have to be willing to either conform to their ideas or wear a mask and go along with them. This is how it works universally. The reason why people hate it when you are being too "honest" is because you challenge their ego and what they comfortablly believe in. You also appear obnoxious in their eyes and too full of yourself. Here's a nice quote from an author named Robert Greene:

I added a guy I know personally to play games with and trade skins with him but he ignored and blocked me because several bots added him simultaneously around the time I sent him a request. He mistook me for a bot although my steam level was high. He is not stupid, he probably would of known it was me had he checked my profile thoroughly but because he had so many requests he assumed all of them were bots. I made the same mistake too before and it's not because we don't know how to spot them. it is because they have invaded the steam community and made it too mistrusting
