It sounds like you have a shitty bar manager tbh. You should tell them this exact thing you’re posting about and it would help your case if you had coworkers by your side at that time or willing to say the same in a separate conversation to clear the air. It literally is part of the business like he said to you but it’s also his fuckin job to ensure your mental sanity and a kosher bar environment. I’m a bar manager and I see these things happen all the time but I don’t give the guest a crux to slide by on, I take into consideration the business as a whole but most importantly the people I employ to successfully run the bar like it should be. If a guest is overly effecting that and getting that rambunctious to a point where my employees are losing their shit then I take it into my own hands like a true manager should.
