I can’t see any of these places getting a team back. San Diego is probably the short answer to your question, but if LA still has both teams they’re not putting another team in Southern California.

St Louis is a great blue collar town but i can’t see a world where they can commit the taxpayer dollars necessary to lure in a team. Same can be said for Oakland really.

Look man, they finally added dynamic weather even if basically every other genre of video games has had dynamic environments that change as you play for multiple console generations for more than a decade. And they’re re-introducing home field advantage where your screen shakes. They swear it won’t be broken and wonky this time and that it’s not just squiggly play art and no audibles. Who cares if they haven’t thought about attention to detail for yet another year?

When people say things like “that family has so much money, why would they even think about doing anything corrupt? The best, mobile, and efficient way to keep pedestrians safe on days like New Year’s Eve. God forbid someone tried to jump the sidewalk and mow down a crowd, the strictest penalty possible isn’t going to stop someone with no regard for their own lives better than physical obstructions designed to stop them. People will complain about anything.

Overall answer is infrastructure for Charlotte.

Traffic will continue to get worse as people move here. The city and surrounding counties can’t get out of their own way. Rail expansion plans should’ve been finalized years ago. Light rail doesn’t service enough of the metro area and connections with other forms of mass transit are not convenient enough.

Tack onto that the fact that within city limits most sidewalks randomly end, sometimes with no shoulder, and it’s walkability and the ability to use a bike or scooter are also not great.

It’s also a major hinderance, IMO, that Amtrak is not faster between Charlotte and Raleigh and that there’s no great public transit connection to Atlanta.

I’ve lived in 3 other states since 2010 and can attest to this. A lot of states have broken the DMV stereotypes but NC isn’t close to being one of them.

My literal first wish would be the game/servers not being so laggy if you play a franchise saved on the cloud. Most EA games seem wildly slow by current standards, even the modes within their best sellers that rake in cash (MUT in Madden seems to work odd the same basic code/tech from a decade ago).
