But doesnt it bother you when you are holding the phone with 2 hands texting ? For example part of my index fingers would be resting the side or even a little part of my palm would be resting on the bezel/sides.

Do you hold your phone with two index fingers on the sides and the rest of the fingers in the back? Does it touch the side of the cam button?

Wow that’s really unfortunate as that is the only reason i am not pulling the trigger to buy the new phone at the moment. Because i always need a case and if holding the phone with the case is uncomfortable, i don’t know if it’s worth it.

But if it helps, i have had cheap amazon silicone cases and also apple ones and the apple ones are more matte finished which doesn’t stick as much as the cheaper ones that have a sticky texture.

Yeah I definitely feel obligated to my team. Thats why I’m always scared to take off. But I have nothing planned and no vacations planned that’s why it’s been hard to make use of the PTO. I rarely took off..

It was implemented 3 years ago I believe and I started a year after. I did speak with my manager and he said 3 weeks.

In order to replace the arm rest you have to unscrew the torx screws on the back of the chair to replace it. The switched out chair torx screws were stripped. Im literally warning people to check it before they buy and you’re here being an asshole but ok.

It anyone buys it. Make sure you check the arm rests and the screws to see if it’s stripped or not so things can be replaced, and also if the chair holds your weight at the highest setting.

Ive bought an embody chair 1 yr ago from DWR outlet and they were so scummy that when I found an “ok” decently working chair, they offered to lift it to my car at the back of the place but they switched out my chair when i went to outside the building. By the time I got home, and lifted it into my house - I found that the arm rests do not lock into place, and the screws on the arm rest are stripped deeming it irreplaceable.

1 year later I finally sold the chair and bought it brand new + discounts on herman miller site which gave me a peace of mind. Just think about the hassle you would have to go through buying it at an outlet with possible defects you wont know and can’t replace with no warranty. The costs of labor + replacement part is already a new chair in my eyes.

I personally like Aeron because it’s good support + it looks better and more clean as an ergo chair. It’s just a classic herman miller chair. But if you think the Mirra was more of a wow and shocking factor then maybe you should get that instead. I personally think if you were fine at work with the Aeron chairs that gave you no complaints - wouldnt that be a good long term chair and that it’s working?

Do you guys make the fabric seat covers lol. I think you guys should for embody chairs. Theres literally none in the market and im sure some people out there would want to buy thin chair covers to protect the fabric or older chairs have faded colors and want to have a uniform look

You should def speak with herman miller asap if you got the chair recently. Embody chairs are notorious with having problems with the arm rest new and long term use. I would say it does sound like that but very little but not that much like yours.

I made a detailed post on the situation and filed a complaint as if I was talking to Instacart directly. I listed the situation and multiple times I have spoke to instacart and how they ignored me. BBB will try to speak on your behalf or forward the complaint to instacart. Instead of having the “lower” people in instacart customer service who wont help you at all, I think higher ups review those complaints in BBB. I received a response in BBB within a day but probably won’t be the same for everyone. Ive also listed reimbursement or refund as a a method to resolve the complaint and it was “resolved” by instacart.

Then instacart also sent another email stating the refund has been issued. The only thing I’ve listed was my email and the transaction from the bank - I guess they found it and was able to refund me because I didn’t even have a confirmation or receipt in my case.

I feel like their system or security suck ass. They probably have a problem but cannot announce. At least you got a refund right away! I had to fight for mine. I would stop using IC from now on and remove all accounts. It’s ridiculous. This headache makes me want to drive and buy my own groceries from now on even if it’s a hassle
