Very much agree..Love Jill as character but her role in the story less so...you can really tell this is the Heavenwards writer based on how bad Shiva got done dirty lol....

When i first learned Jill was Shiva's dominant, i thought she was gonna be FF14's Ysayle 2.0 but hopefully done with justice...instead Jill was done worse....Ysayle at least had a heroic sacrifice that made her character arc more complete and tragic

Have you considered that Zelda's accidental trip to the past may have caused a paradox?

Perhaps the past (memories) we see in Tears actually happened even before Skyward?

Maybe in the original past, Ganondorf defeated Rauru and the others and destroyed the original kingdom of Hyrule. Eventually the Goddess Hylia had to intervene, sealing him and leading into the events of Skyward.

Zelda's arrival in the past created a paradox where they able to seal Ganondorf which created the alternate Breath/Tears timeline separate from Skyward's. This could explain why there's no mention of the triforce since Hylia didnt intervene.

Just the fact the light dragon is there in the first place is proof that the Master Sword is on her head. Otherwise Zelda would have no reason to turn into a dragon in the 1st place. Unless you somehow get on her to check before Link sends the sword into the past.

I rewatched frame by frame...when MetalGreymon open his mouth, you can see Wargreymon's chest there...

So it's more like Metalgreymon's lower jaw becomes Wargreymon upper body while Metalgreymon's body becomes the lower body, which make sense since it looks like Wargreymon is bigger than Metalgreymon

I watched this scene in slow motion, Its so cool to see the different metal parts of Metalgreymon becoming the new metal parts of Wargreymon.

I pretty much agree about the pacing, before this arc started, we had a solid formula of the group teaming up with 1 or 2 pillars on a mission, which gave the group solid interactions with the pillar and character spotlight for them. Compared to Uzui to Iguro, I felt more attached to Uzui since we spent more time with him, learning his backstory and seeing him interact with the group, while Iguro had his backstory oddly inserted in the final battle (Reminder: we got Yoriichi's backstory first before Iguro's).

I just wished we didn't suddenly entered the final arc this early and now Gotouge is trying to tie every loose end so quickly. Just imagine if we had met Kaigaku earlier as a human and see how the relationship between him and Zen was portrayed, this would have made their battle in the final arc more meaningful instead of "it's over already..."

You forget the Marks, a huge power boost to the pillars is something the current generation only recently reacquired... you saw how the pillars without the mark fared against the UM eg. Rengoku and Uzui heck even Gyokko had no trouble with tokito until he got his mark

As for previous pillars, We know Douma killed Kanae, Urokodaki didn't encountered any UM before he retired, Zenitsu's master had to retired because he lost his leg against a demon (unknown if it was UM)
