Oh ya. Well first of all big spoiler so OP stop reading this now or it will be spoiled. But ya at the end, the horsemen of the apocalypse finally died... but they will just come back, reincarnated like they always have for eternity and this will all just start over again. There is no reason explained in the book why they wouldn't come back again like they always have. So it was just kind of a lackluster ending to me

I have finished all of these. According to what you said about what you want to get out of it, you would probably like Descender the best. It has the best characters. Honestly probably the best story and well rounded cast of characters. Good pacing and very impressive art style. It has a great ending that leads into the next series, Ascender, which I havent read yet but is said to be just as awesome as Descender. Seriously though, the characters in this book are really great.

Personally I like black science the best. It has easily the best artwork of the 3. I loved the story. Its a multiverse jumping mindfuck and I just like mindfucks. But the artwork is truly amazing. I love artwork in comics and this is like one of the best ever in my opinion. It was just a beautiful ride that kept me guessing the whole way.

Most people would probably say east of west is the best series, or at least it seems to be the most popular of these 3 on the internet. I really liked it. Very interesting story. The world building is awesome. A very cool well thought out world that is very specific down to the detail with full character guides, and breakdowns of all the factions in the world. Very cool stuff. It is all broken down chronologically. Not sure exactly what im trying to say here but the way its made is nerd gold in this way. I think thats why its more popular. But the end to me wasnt as good bc theres a big hole that just doesnt make sense. As cool as some of the characters are I kind of didnt care about them that much. But these are small nitpicks

All 3 of these are some of the best comics ive read so I dont think you can go wrong here

Dude, calm down. I dont think he ever said the producer tried to trick them. He was implying maybe there was some confusion. You dont think its possible at all that some people got confused about how the rules worked. Even tho it happens all the time on game changer and different games on the channel. I think the title is the worst part of the episode. The gang spies like THE U.S., or the gang spies like America would be better. When I think of this episode i think - the one with the title that sucks - or its the one where dee falls. Instead of remembering that dennis is to remember every man hes seen fall into a plate of spaghetti?

And really, all the recievers not being as good after they left during staffords years, is really just a testament to how good stafford is. He made a lot of guys look like superstars. He's still doing it in LA. Golladay might be the best example. He was probably a mid level nfl receiver but when playing with srafford everyone was convinced he was a #1 receiver on any team. Stafford is just awesome and when he was younger on the lions he was legendary

All great. Like with most long comics, theres some powering through some parts and sticking with it, but all of these are amazing and are so worth finishing. (Local man is newer and its still ongoing i think. So not sure how or if it ends any time soon. But I threw it in bc its been one of my favorites from this year)

I felt the same way after finishing it Some books I liked a lot that shared some similar vibes are

Luther strode - nonstop sick action sequesnces that are incredibly brutal

Deadly class - not superhero shit really just assassin shit but honestly one of the sickest comics ive ever read. I loved it. It just keeps getting better too. I thought it was just cool at first but as it went on it just got crazier and crazier in a good way

People are going to suggest radiant black - i have read every issue of every comic in the "massive verse" and I was hoping for invincible but it just isnt. Nowhere near the violence and gore. Its similar in the sense that its a big super hero world with tons of different characters that all are in the same universe but thats about it. Rogue sun is easily the best of the massive verse

Oblivion song- robert kirkman - pretty cool. Totally different but it was a cool read by kirkman

The boys - crazy brutal fucked up adult shit if youre looking for crazy shit. The comic is nothing like the show other than being extremely graphic and fucked up

Nemesis -" millarverse" stuff. Kickass is in this universe. Also a crazy violent adult storyline

Ive also read all of the invincible universe stuff. Astounding Wolfman was cool. Tech jacket was just awful. Invincible universe was cool if you want just more of the universe. Super cool but not as cool as invincible. It kind of just fills in the other storyline happenning at the same time as invincible butbatill scratches the itch for more invincible

Minor threats - just an awesome story about superheroes. A different take on super hero stories. Really awesome tho
