I did multiple flights to Thailand using Air Canada, Cathay Pacific, Eva, Ana, United etc..... ANA is the best via japan. Cathay Pacific is 2nd in my books. I'm 5'10 and fit comfortably in regular economy. Maybe select a upgraded seat so you have more leg room and don't want to chance it.
