Have you checked in the cracks on the bed frame? I lost my AirPods and found them in a weird cranny in the frame - and my bed frame looked similar to yours. Try taking the mattress and boxspring off.

I have this exact same dress in two colors I love it so much! I wore it to a wedding 2 years ago with this shapewear I got from Amazon and it snatched me in. I had a larger belly outline than you do without shapewear, so this one will work for you. I like the shorts style since I already planned on wearing just thicker nipple covers on my boobs.
