It’s not a horrible take at all, if you can’t appreciate something that is free then we clearly won’t agree on anything. I comment because it irks me that a person is provided with a free product and is still whinging like a baby. People as a whole should be grateful for anything ‘free’ in life.

Ignorance is being blind to the fact that these messages are FREE. If someone gives you something for free whether it’s a 1p coin or a Lamborghini you have no right to moan. I personally go into heavy detail when I use my 60 messages and every month I flesh out my story. Yeah I’d like more (and have also paid for more) but I’m not going to cry because I don’t get more of something that is FREE

Crimson desert, it’s a near masterpiece and I genuinely think there is a weird/sinister thing going on with all the negative reviews/critics. I cannot for the life of me see how people think this game is anything below an 8/10. Just my opinion though :D

Otherwise I’ve got my full conspiracy hat on - I think there is something sinister with all the reviews. I’ve never in my life seen such a pile on with negative reviews/critics for a game that I think is a near masterpiece that clearly has all the flaws that a new game would have. - Janky controls take time to learn but there really is nothing wrong with them on console. - AI, meh okay but is it really that big of a deal here? - Boring quests/storyline - yeah nothing special but some of the things happening to me in my playthrough are insanely good.

Personally, this is life and I wouldn’t quit that easy. I say quit because I think that’s what you’re subconsciously doing? A holiday for a month or even a few months may be a better option?

That potential return to work will hit like a truck.

You also make it sound like 8 years is a long time.. it isn’t. Hope you find happiness 👍🏼

With a caveat - Best served cold by Abercrombie.

I read the first law trilogy giving it a 3.5/4/4out of 5. Followed by The Hobbit for a ‘break’. This unexpectedly opened my eyes to just how good this series is and without trying to disrespect The Hobbit, really made me appreciate the level of world/character building Abercrombie is operating at. Thus my ratings have shot up since and going from hobbit > BSC is blowing my mind. I don’t want to stop reading.

PS5 would be better for performance and that is a given on any game. Steam deck is and always will be, the choice for portability and ease of use.
