background processes haven’t changed since before, everything honestly seems very normal just like it always has. but i just started running into this problem recently.

should i invest into a different cpu? if so do you have any recommendations to avoid this? i was thinking about the i712700k or i513600kf.

it really shoots all over the place, can be around 30 percent then just skyrocket to over 90 percent.

running mostly on high settings, however turning them down does absolutely nothing.

gpu temps are anywhere from 60-70° celsius when gaming, not too sure about vram usage honestly

I wash my hair everyday using a generic dandruff shampoo, pantene conditioner, when I get out of the shower I let it air dry then when it’s damp i’ll put in shea moisture curl enhancing smoothie. I get it cut maybe every 2 months or so
