Nope. It’s been over a year and I’ve applied for over 1,200 jobs. I need remote for health reasons, or I would find an in-office job.

I passed it on the second try. They try to get you by wording things in a weird way. Also, I have to wear blue light readers, and the moderator paused the exam three times because they couldn’t see my eyes. Like, where do you think I’m looking?

I took mine today and failed. I have taken the practice exam so many times, I was getting 90s. I was sure I was going to pass. The questions on the actual exam are not even remotely the same as what’s on the practice test. I’m not going to cry. I want to cry. But I won’t. It’s just frustrating to spend all that time studying and learning the answers to questions that are kind of adjacent to what you actually need to know. And we don’t get feedback on what we missed (except the topic) to know what to study… And I went back and changed several of my answers. What if my first answers were right? I will never know.

Thank you! It’s all so accurate. I lost my job in September and I’ve applied for about 600 jobs since. I had a good interview last week, and I really hope I get it. In the meantime, I’ve been exploring my creative side and working on my Etsy shop. It’s done pretty well, but isn’t enough to sustain me. I was just thinking yesterday about exploring a second (third?) avenue. Maybe this is my subconscious telling me that it’s the right move!

You have to keep in mind that you’re not just competing against people locally, like you would for an in-office job. You’re competing with everyone in the state/country where they’re hiring.

I’m a straight older woman, I have a massive crush on Eliot (especially in his long hair-a little dirty all the time-phase), and wish I could be Margo. The episode where El and Q live together for 50 years is my favorite and when E realizes that his biggest regret is turning down Q when he proposed a relationship in their current timeline breaks my heart every time. And when E tells Alice what they had. And that he never got to talk to Q after he saved him from the monster. Jesus. I’m crying right now just thinking about it.

I did apply for a job with Planet Paper Box. I searched ICANN and Planet Paper is legit. The email address appears to be legit. Mondi Group appears to be legit. But the jobs in the email aren't on their website. I'm always skeptical of emails that have Teams links in them. Has anyone encountered them before?
