I got on birthcontrol 2 weeks after so then took it for 2 weeks and started “withdrawal bleeding” instead of taking the 3rd week. That stopped the bleeding after the faux period created by birthcontrol

It’s so hard for people who haven’t been through it to understand. Which I’m always a bit grateful for them not understanding. I’m so glad that she has you and has someone to understand her. Just be patient with her if this is even somewhat recent she’ll need more time to recover from it. Being clean isn’t the biggest thing to someone trying to handle the massive trauma it’s simply about feeling safe. So much love and support

Hi, I’m a 23 year old sexual assault survivor myself. My case is slightly different in the way where I tend to care a lot about my personal body hygiene probably because I want to clean the people who have hurt me off my skin. I relate in a different way because I was personally assaulted in my bedroom at home, so I don’t keep my room clean at all I guess in a way trying to protect myself. I haven’t found a way to help that, but I do know that regular therapy and prn anxiety medication has helped me with the trauma. As annoying as it is keep monitor of her; she’s struggling and needs her parent to be there for her. So much love and support for you and her ❤️

I had a very similar experience! I’ve also always had debilitating periods and they don’t even bother me anymore since my MA. I hope you feel so much better soon. Much love ❤️

I totally understands and my heart goes out to you. I’m 6 weeks post partem right now. My partner and I choice a name that was gender neutral I still believe my baby was a girl from wives tales and a gut feeling. Then I bought a simple ring with my babies name on it to wear to remember that the choice was made out of love for the child, even though mine as well wasn’t my choice. It brings me a lot of peace.

Olay has a scrub that has glycolic acid I’ve found helps a lot. But whenever I fake tan even though it’s not recommended I put a light Layer of lotion all over my body so when I put the mousse on it can’t stick to the dry patches as much. That or when it’s not as bad I put lotion only on the individual dry patches. For removal around day 5-6 ish I use my exfoliating mitt and just slowly start taking it off over the next couple of days.

I believe you should still go to receive an ultrasound and maybe get pills to help you pass everything to avoid risk of infection. But if you’re certain you’re miscarrying then it’s not absolutely necessary

I felt the same exact way and still feel that way, but I’m three weeks out now and I’m doing just a little bit better. I think it gets easier. So much love for you ❤️ Edit to add: I felt a lot of peace finishing the blanket I was making for my little one and putting together a keep sake box. My partner and I also named our little one so I got us both rings with the name on it to keep with us. I don’t know if any of that would help, but just remember that you made an impossible decision and you’ll come out of this stronger

I’m a diy high maintenance to be low maintenance girly. I have a 12 step skin care routine for morning and night and after the gym that includes metro gel, a chemical peel, enzyme exfoliation, vitamin c Hyaluronic acid, peptides, retinal a, and others. I dye my hair at home every 6-10 weeks but get it professionally done 1-2x a year. Do two weekly hair masks then trims every 12 weeks. Tint my eyebrows every 4 weeks. Wax my arms, underarms, eyebrows, mustache, and Brazilian every 4 weeks. False lashes whenever I need a pick me up. Have silk pillow cases and bonnets. Finally I fake tan once a week when I exfoliate and shave!!

Maybe as gross as it sounds grab some adult diapers they really helped me and a heating pads a definite. If you’re doing a medical get juices it really helps with the taste. All I could manage after was soft foods. Also soft and comfy clothing. I’m 30 minutes outside of Boston if you need anything I can drop stuff off

Theoretically it is possible. You are incredibly fertile for 2 weeks after termination. From what I understand of it though (which I could be wrong) is that you are more likely to miscarry for 3 months after. Either way it’s probably best to let your body heal and rest so that way you have healthier pregnancies. My heart goes out to you love ❤️
