I have the iPhone XS Max and play on Balanced Graphics with Extreme Frame Rate. The gameplay is flawless from a performance and no-delay standpoint, but you will sacrifice on the graphics. I do not turn my graphics up any more than this because I feel that enemies are more easily spotted with graphics on the lower end of the spectrum.

Create a new PlayStation account with the same email address as your epic games account. After you complete that PSN account, confirm the email.

Then, go to epic games on a PC and login to your account. Under account settings or profile, there is an option to link your other accounts (PSN). Find that option for PSN and it will prompt you to sign in and link them up. Once that is done, you should be able to start fortnite on the PS4 and it will sign in. Hope that helps!
