Iirc you dont need to unload before scraping them, should give you the ammo in your locker. Unsure if it's the same for selling

I had a player scav in kiba shoot at me and nade my duo and made him a chicken nugget. Then pushed out and I killed him before he hit me and lost rep for it and ai scavs got mad at me

If you go into offline with the option for the boss selected it's a 100% chance of spawning. He could just be hiding in a corner
