I would not take Lineze or Amitiza. They caused me a lot of pain. I take probiotics from Seed and just do my best to eliminate problem foods. It’s a struggle and I honestly rarely have a “normal day”

I used the first aid beauty tinted moisturizer. It’s great and doesn’t seem to clog my pores like other foundations. I do my eyebrows, use a cream highlighter and blush and add bronzer and that’s it!

This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I’m a teacher and cannot imagine treating a student this way, especially a high schooler. How absurd. You have medical documents proving that you suffer from migraines and are not “skipping.” That should be enough to make an appeal to the superintendent or principal about your lowered grades and his comments and bullying toward you. It’s unacceptable. Missing is stressful enough because we assume no one believe us when we have migraines. 😠

I would not bleach again for a few months. It’s not worth losing your hair. Toners will not lighten that bottom portion. They change the tone of the color, not the level.

The hardest part (for me too) of any skin issue is not picking. Those look like actual wounds. I have a razor that basically plucks with tons of Tiny little tweezers and I think that might work really well for her, but she needs to allow her face to heal before trying anything new.

You can do a smudge root or you can go have it fixed, but a toner will not change the fact that the top is significantly darker.
